looks like IT box showed a down number BUT I don't feel less. I feel a bit bloated and yuck. But I have my weight loss appt today I'll see what their scale shows. It is normally higher than mine plus I weigh in at 430pm fully clothed which adds a few pounds. I'll keep on keeping on, but as I said I feel yuck today.
