Are you selecting an activity when you are exercising? On my watch I need to start an exercise on the watch to say I am running, swimming etc and then that counts towards exercise. If I don't then it just counts towards calories burnt and steps walked

2 hours in gym that insane. Can I ask what is the goal is it heart rate you need like for 60min 70% or what. I know with discovery to get the 300 pints you need 30mim at 80% or 60 min at 70% or 90 min at 60% so what do you need?

@Jayboy haha wish I knew.🤷🏼‍♀️ I think the new goal is to get a new watch that works correctly. 🤣 The other day I apparently pushed my heart rate to 193 which I highly doubt.

I had an Apple Watch and that gave me such crap readings. Then I had polo and eish. The Garmin is so accurate when tested with others.

Yes! I've heard good things about the Garmin. So definitely my next big spend. 😅
