I have been eating a lot of cake since my birthday party. I had quite a bit left over. Now that it is gone I can focus on eating more healthy again. :) It tasted so good, but gave me the mad bubble guts :p I have upped my Zumba work out to compensate for my cake eating. On the bright side I got a new pedometer for my birthday! Yay! My baby lost my other one. I have my drive and focus back for my continued healthy lifestyle. I just wish it wasn't so warm outside. I haven't been able to go for my 3 mile walks in this heat. I was thinking about rearranging the living room so I could get to the treadmill and use that. The down side is my baby isn't getting her walking done either. She's 19 months & walks the first quarter mile with me. Then she goes in the stroller for me to walk the rest of our course at my pace. I've noticed she's like me, getting cabin fever staying inside the house. Our walks helps us to burn our new found extra energy.
