Found a serious key for me. I must drink more. I was seriously dehydrated and did not even realize it. what's worse was the doctors didn't either! I was having daily headaches and they kept throwing more meds at me and of course it wasn't working. I started drinking more and amazingly my headaches are getting better. I got a mason jar...put frozen blueberries in it, squeezes a half lemon and a bit of honey. the rest filled w water. I shoot to drink two a day so far. I will ease into four. Already I am seeing amazing benefits. I am seeing less old lady skin. no bags under my eyes. My bowel habits are improving. Now....if I could just sleep, I would be a new person!
