Okay, a little self-correcting and I'm back on track. This is one of my favorite days - New Year's Day, a new beginning. I have many goals for this year, but I'm going to try NOT to pressure myself so much that these goals are impossible. Just going to do my best and forgive myself when that is less than perfect. One thing I need to do is get back to tracking all my food here, and change that "poorly" followed to a "reasonably well".
