Don't take this weight gain to heart. You are worth so much more than a number on a scale. This is just a flat tire on the highway of weight loss and you can get that tire fixed and be up and moving in no time. Stay on the highway and pay attention no drifting into another lane.

It went down again today. My weight is at a set point so it drives me crazy. I hope to weigh 10 lbs less by dec 2016
