I can finally eat solid foods and did I ever make up for lost time yesterday. Today I have a more balanced eating plan for myself and I am sure I will keep off most of the weight lost for the few days I could not eat much.
braces on today, another week of a soft diet. I bought a whole lot of kraft dinner I will mix with broccoli if I cant eat much at least I know I will reach my minimum caloric need to not hold onto fat cause my body thinks its starving. I am hoping having braces on is nowhere near as bad as having three teeth removed.
