Today is a good day. I am not tired, not grumpy, no headache - so far, I eat healthy food... and hopefully the day will remain like this.

The weight side is not very impressive, however I am satisfied. As long as I am under 140 lbs I will not complain. I know the last few pounds are harder to drop, but I can do it!

Good Tuesday everyone. The Monday off was definitely needed and well spent.
