I am so nervous about the stress test today. Just gotta get it done and then see where I am at. There is nothing wrong with doing the test - I am just scared...I think because currently it is unknown and then it will be known and with my family history I am worried it will not be great. But worrying about something isn't going to change it so I just have to keep getting myself healthier each day! I feel great today btw!
