I try to do OMAD, but then I always want eggs with dinner, lol. Salmon, grilled asparagus, mashed potatoes and an omelet with Swiss and Parm. It was great.

I can’t do OMAD. Too much food in one sitting. Your meal looks delicious! I end my day w a boiled egg frequently and beef bone broth or chicken bone broth.
