BREAKFAST = 1 low carb pumpkin muffin with 1T Smart Balance light spread, 1 slice of Canadian bacon & 1 cup of coffee with 2T s/f non dairy creamer.

SNACK = 1 large smoked meat stick

LUNCH = Jack In The Box- Grilled Chicken Fajita Pita & a side salad with ranch dressing (out shopping with a friend & her child & this is where the toddler wanted to eat)

SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with 2T s/f non dairy creamer & a handful of peanuts

DINNER = SBD frozen pizza

DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles
