So Thursdays are brutal for waking up @ 4am... decided. Drank a lot of water yesterday - happy about that. Also jogged 10 lengths of the soccer field and 2 sprints. Going to stick to 12 for a bit untill I climb to 13 - cause it was brutal - also I need to time my water drinking because through half of it I was sooo full and the other half I had to pee!! Ha but well done nonetheless. This morning a big breakie but all great for calories - starting to be really full... thinking my stomach has shrunk somewhat. Good news. Today I buy a scale - run some errands, laundry and paint the laundry room... if I have enough time... wow - busy - better get on it... see you tonight.
