Wednesday weigh-in: I may be experiencing a slight stall. I gained a half a pound this week, although I am 2.5 lbs. below my lowest weight since I started tracking last Ash Wednesday, February 22. I think my body is liking this weight and trying to hang on to it. My macros have been nearly perfect for weeks and my calories at or slightly below 1400 so I know I am well nourished! 😋 I am sure I will start losing again once my body adjusts to this new set point. It may take a week or two, but I will get there! ❣️
