Still doing well with the food but for some reason I've been finding it more difficult to get in my calories lately. I actually had to eat some extra food last night in order to get up my calories for the day. Today wasn't as difficult but I still had to be conscious of getting them in. Maybe it's just my body adjusting to the level of calories I've been eating? The 17 Day Diet book mentions this possibility and recommends adding in a few more calories and some carbohydrates so I'll be taking in some carbs tomorrow to give it a try.
