I've just been so tired lately. It's hard to just get up in the morning and get through the day, never mind trying to accomplish anything. Of course, it's hard to get through a day of work without accomplishing a lot because there is so much that has to be done. Things will be better after this next weekend - My current major problem will go live and I think we're ready for it. The problem is my boss expects it to be perfect and given the nature of untried technology that is not likely to happen. We've done good planning, have a good test plan, and a good fail-back plan, and we have the expertise to handle any unexpected issues that come up. I just need to trust in myself and my team and ignore the paranoia of the boss.

On the diet, my main problem is there is nothing in the house to eat, certainly nothing healthy. As soon as I can get some time off, I'm going to do a major stock the kitchen shopping day, especially for breakfast foods. I had a ice cream cone for breakfast this morning, because that was all I could find!

Regards to diet...... looking for progress, not perfection. Get the foods you need, collect everything else and donate to a food bank.
