Today is my first day on this new app. Trying to navigate through best I can. Like all other apps, I will learn as I go. For now just struggling the day to day grind of talking to myself to stay on track. I’m only a few days in. One thing with me is, I eat a lot of the same thing once it is made. I will eat it until it is gone and then move on to something else. Sometimes I cook in large quantities and sometimes not. When I cook in quantity, trust me when I say I am probably pretty tired of eating it by the time it is gone!!!
