Looking for a new job...need health benefits & feeling VERY stressed. I am trying so hard to NOT let food be my comfort.
BREAKFAST = 1 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal with a splash of skim milk, 1 slice of Canadian bacon, & 1 cup of coffee with 1 Splenda & 1T of s/f non dairy creamer.
LUNCH = McDonald's grilled chicken Cesar salad (no croutons or any bad stuff)
DINNER = Parmesan encrusted pork loin chop & mixed veggies (with corn) with 1T Smart Balance spread.
DESSERT = 1 slice of low carb chocolate cheese cake
