I just noticed I'm the lowest I've been all year. That is awesome. Then I noticed that I've been gaining and losing the same 10-20 pounds all year. Not so awesome. But at least going in the right direction!
I am consciously appreciating that I did a good job. I never do that or do it in passing, anyway. COOL!
