Here I am again after being off my woe & wol. But hey, at least I am back. My weight have been hovering around 179-182 and this it IT I have to get it going back down in the 160s and then go from there. This over 170 has me really bummed! Hope ALL is well out there in FS-Land & Take care to ALL!
