Did without Fish and Chips. While everyone else ate their's, I had a bag of crisps and an Alpen Lite bar. No more healthier, but at least I knew how many calories. I had a small piece of ice cream cake and counted it as 4 scoops of Carte D'Or.

Well done jockoT, that must of been hard, I had to do that the other week too, you have probs saved yourself about 500 calories?
