Finally I’m starting to see progress back to where I was before the Super Bowl eating catastrophe. Hands down, this has been the most discouraging start to a diet that I’ve ever experienced.

Good active morning yesterday- 25 minutes on the rower then a round of chest and tricep weight training. This morning I’m running on the treadmill. 🏃🏻‍♂️💪🏻
86,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,0 kg.    Sisa: 7,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Get it bro! No matter how many times you face setbacks, keep going! When I first dropped to 170lbs from 287lbs, I wasn’t for the hard work that comes with keeping it off. I ballooned back up to 230lbs, dropped back down to 190lbs, then back up. It just takes a lot of time and dedication. But I feel you! With Super Bowl and my Bday a few days after that, I’ve been a mean, un-lean nacho/cake eating machine lol 🏈
