Lost the 1lb I put on at the weekend. Back on track to hopefully lose more this week although a 5 hour drive for work on Wednesday and then a 5 hour journey back May scupper things as I won’t be as active as I normally am and car snacks are one of my downfalls. Although I gave my son all my travel sweets (the nice ones in the tins).
