OKAY, a little of my weight history... My heaviest (on record) not to say I couldn't have weighed more, was 196, and it's tracked on here so you'll see.... My lowest, 139 (for about a day), but for the most part I maintained 150lbs last year (2010).... I weighed myself on July 27th 2011, and came in at 170. That's 20lbs gained back!
This time around I would like to be 150, then shoot for 145. I'm in a 12 right now, waist; thighs n booty probably a 10... I would like to be Size 10 all around, shirts a comfortable Medium. Then creep down, to an 8?? We'll see..
Definitely open for tips... Dislike my yoyo'ing...
