Its interesting what triggers weight loss. IN addition to avoiding processed foods (except for one daily chocolate bar to keep me happy), I havent eaten past 5:30pm each night. It has made a real impact on my weight loss. I was around 150 on Monday, and today I was 143.6 (after drinking a lot of water)...so Im eating whatever during the day and nothing after for 15-16 hours after. I cannot wait to see what next week will entail! If this keeps up, Ill be in the 130s next week! :) BTW, I am still nursing a 3 month old.
