I am binging again. I think my BMR was counted wrong and I should use the date from my smart watches. It says that my BMR is 200 kcal higher than I thought. It means my calorie deficit was too big and I should eat more to stay consistent forever.
My BMR is 1600 Every day I burn more than 800 kcal I want to be in 100 calorie deficit (for the beginning) So I need to eat 2300 kcal.
I’ll increase the deficit when I will be sure that I don’t want to binge. Now I’ll take one day rest from dieting to reduce the cortisol lvl. I guess I nedd to take rests every weekend
