Well I officially have a “normal” bmi now. It’s been about 16 years since I have. I hoped it would fix my blood pressure but it didn’t. I am stuck with it being high. I went through an extremely uncomfortable time where I couldn’t find a good sleeping position. I am also more sensitive to cold. I need to lose more and will continue with that. It’s been fun and frustrating getting here.

I don't know what your carb count is, most often eliminating all processed foods and lowering your carbs will nicely reduce your blood pressure. 😉 i had high BP. The week I eliminated carbs it went way down. Just a thought.

And total congrads on normal BMI. THAT'S AMAZING!

Thank you. I eat a good variety of food but don’t watch carbs. BP was a little high before gaining weight. Most likely due to sleep apnea which I also had before due to shape of throat.
