Worked today & started at 5am...soooo tired!!!

BREAKFAST = 1 SBD protein bar

SNACK = 2 cups of coffee with skim milk & s/f hazelnut syrup

LUNCH = SBD frozen pizza (needed something fast & easy when I got home..STARVING!!!

SNACK = 1oz reduced fat cheddar & a strawberry limeaide

DINNER = salad greens with 1 slice of reduced fat swiss cheese, 1 cubed up chicken breast & 2T Drew's Thai sesame lime dressing.

DESSERT = 1 slice s/f chocolate cheese cake

Maybe you're not eating enough for your metabolism to kick it up a notch to move you out of the weight you're at now. Seems that happened with several people on this site, especially if your active. You're on your feet a lot and so you should be hungry! Just a thought.
