so what is your plan of attack?

its almost time to pick up the exercise again so i can cycle alongside the tour 2016. Its going to be tough! km: 94,91,111,116,108,94,81,92,92 rest and that is just the first week!!!!

so train i must, and train i shall...

But i do have to shed 10 kilo if i dont want to break my bike. (*lol*)
So i stop feeling sorry for myself and buckle up.
starting today!

i have all the tools i need: NOW FIGHT!!!

I just bought and elliptical cardio machine. Plan to eat a 1,200 calorie diet. With 60-80 grams of protein, lots of veggies, and very low carbs. And 40 minutes cardio + 20 minutes warm up. Do this 5 times a week and weights 1 time per week. Lets see if it works out. How bout you?
