its almost time to pick up the exercise again so i can cycle alongside the tour 2016. Its going to be tough! km: 94,91,111,116,108,94,81,92,92 rest and that is just the first week!!!!
so train i must, and train i shall...
But i do have to shed 10 kilo if i dont want to break my bike. (*lol*) So i stop feeling sorry for myself and buckle up. starting today!
