I've been sick the last 4 days. It started Thursday morning when I woke up with a sore throat and my entire back was real sore. I thought the back was due to going to the chiropractor the day before. I still went to work and at work started getting into stabbing pain in my ears and different areas of head, but stayed the entire shift. I got home and had body aches and that night and the next night had excruciating body aches. Friday morning had the chills very bad. Sat the bowels started, it was just twice then all day Sunday and half of today until I took lomotil to stop it. I have a cough and nasal stuff. I don't know if this is the flu or what. I havent had much of an appetite, but ate more yesterday and today. I feel a little better today, but not 100%. I did use my son's weights and got a workout in today. I haven't worked out since Wednesday. Luckily I was off all those days except today and I had to call off. It sucks being sick. I wear my mask every where. I think maybe my dad got me sick. He always has a cough, because he has chronic bronchitis and he goes out in public without wearing a mask and I've let my guard down and stopped wearing one around him. Well I'll be back to masking around him again
