Had a great cardio HIIT workout this morning with a 1 mile warmup run and then (10) 1/8 mile sprints with 1 min rest period (4mph walk).

Finished off the morning workout with Ab RipperX. Legs are really feeling it today ... can you say JELLO! Took less than 45 minutes from beginning to end to complete entire workout which was awesome!

Keep working and GATA!!!
