ok then boys and girls eyes down look in. Stated yesterday with the first run. Only 2 miles (felt like 200) couldn't believe just how knackered I was, it was such hard work, don't know why, its not as if I was knackered at just the 2 mile point, it kicked in after about a mile. Anyway crawled off to find a little hole to sulk in.

Day 2, ran 3 miles felt so much better could have done a bit more but I thought day off tomorrow and then at work for 3 days (I work every other weekend) so I will get a good day rest and then hit 4 miles for the next couple of days. Trying to get back to six miles. Its more of a head thing rather than physical, So once I crack a couple of 4 milers trhen go for the occasional 6. I will let you know how I get on

I'm s still trying to get my activity levels back up after a break. Did an hour's walk today. But very tired due to not sleeping enough, and also aching due to unaccustomed new activities like opening and closing a heavy sliding metal gate, and even walking on hard tiled floors indoors all the time. I suppose it will get better as time goes on!
