First journal entry since joining January 1st. Honestly I just found this page LOL. So far I'm down 4.5 lbs out of my 40 lb goal. Going slowly due to some health issues that arose in 2023 after losing 65 lbs in 2022. It's harder this time, but I'm determined to get there day by day. Trying to stay between 1300 and 1400 calories per day. I hope you all are doing well and finding strength on your own journey to better health 🥰🤟🏽
