OK. I am officially back on the boat. I didn't totally destroy myself while I was sick either. I just have to work on those three pounds again and then focus on those other couple of pounds. Goals for the day - Laundry, Gym, Reading, and maybe hit the art center and check up on my project. I have to say, eating spicy food makes a huge difference in how full or how much food I desire. I put frank's red hot (which has no calories) all over my tuna and my mouth is burning and I do not want to eat anything but water. Speaking of which, I have had soooo much water today. My stomach is bloated but I am just really thirsty. I feel super full from dinner. That artichoke was so big I couldn't even think about finishing it.
