I went to a public gym for the first time today! It was a bit intimidating to walk into a place with many fit individuals, but I quickly learned that the community is positive and supportive.
Going from home workouts or outdoor activities to machine workouts and weightlifting will be more beneficial and efficient, as I aim to put on some muscle and reach a healthy weight.
Just wanted to share this new chapter of my fitness journey. ❤️💪
