Hope to get some more exercise in today playing my son's V-Smile Gym class!!
BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal; 1 slice of Canadian bacon; 1 cup of coffee with 1 Splenda & 1T of s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 1oz 2% milk cheddar cheese stick & 1 cup of coffee with 1 Splenda & 1T of s/f non dairy creamer.
LUNCH = chicken salad almondine over salad greens.
SNACK = 30 pistachios
DINNER = salad greens with 2T Drew's Thai sesame lime dressing. 1/2 hamburger with Worchestershire sauce & 1/2 chicken breast.
DESSERT = 1 slice of s/f chocolate cheese cake & 2 strawberries.
EXERCISE = jumping, running & playing with my son.
