sallywu, not sure hey🙈 I hate doing ab work. It's actually on my to do list.😅 Like imagine if I actually did it. 😬I run alot and do incline walking and weight training. Could be the cable machine.

Try incorporating pushups into your workout. I do them often too. 😉
