Thank you very much friend, I started 15 months ago, little by little, changing habits in terms of nutrition, training, and being physically active, sunbathing, and I still need to improve or include good habits such as cold showers, improve my circardial rhythm and sleep , etc. You are also on a very good path, you have lost a lot of weight and you are physically active :)

Thanks, friend. I also pay attention to circadian rhythm, but you can keep the cold showers. jajaja I HATE the cold. My bath water is so hot that I have to take a rest when I get out. jajaja The best I can do is hot bath & the sit in front of the air conditioner. 😆

Zenus, Hahaha, you can try little by little, investigate the large number of benefits that cold water showers have, look for the wim hof method, although simply cold water showers without that method already have a lot of benefits 😄🙂
