This morning i looked in the mirror after my morning workout. There are definitely changes happening, even if the scale refuses to admit it.
I am angry with myself for not being able to stay disciplined. So I have promised myself to eat clean for the next 4 weeks of this challenge to push the transformation that much further.

Murphy's Law that I would get to work and be offered Belgian Chocolates and Birthday Cake!
