Change is good after all they say variety is the spice of life and you don't want to get bored with something. See I didn't have a lot of options growing up so I got used to eating the same foods all the time; which doubles as lucky as an adult because it doesn't really bother me to eat the same things all the time. But I try to change it up so I don't bore the family or my guests depending on the sales that week. I'm not going to lie it does reduce the amount of food bill to limit one's meat choices. Beef was on sale this week here not chicken 🐔🍗 so we will be eating it all this week. 😊
