I ate bad tonight. I did good all week, and all day but tonight my boyfriend and I were celebrating him quitting smoking (it's been 10 days since his last cigarette) and we went out to a local resturaunt. i ended up getting teriyaki roasted chicken (so much sugar I could taste it!) it, broccolli and a caesar salad. Oh and don't forget the three bites of corn bread (Mark urged me, telling me I needed to try it, I couldn't stop once I tasteed it.) Not that bad I guess, I just feel really guilty with all that sugar in my body.

I really, really want to weigh 145 by my birthday (May 13th) and I'm starting to feel like it's so far away. Tomorrow I'm going to go back on strict phase one and hope for the best.


Besides my blow-out dinner I've been doing realy well though.

Breakfast: laughing cow cheese and sparkling green tea
Lunch: lettuce wrapped egg salad
Dinner: NO-NO! (see above)
Dessert: one miniature sugar free peanut butter cup


Tomorrow I'm going to take soy beans and chicken for lunch, and maybe a slice of cheese. No more eating dinner out for a while. That's where I get myself in trouble.

Sounds like you have things under control, actually! You're too hard on yourself! I bet if you did some walking during the day you might be able to reach that 145lb goal by May 13th. That's 7lbs away at a healthy 2 a week. But wouldn't you still be happy even being 2, 3 or 4lbs down by then? Small goals are sometimes better than unrealistic ones. You'll be gorgeous on May 13th no matter what happens as long as you laugh with your friends!

Thanks, that really means a lot. I already feel pretty good about myself actually. People tell me all day how pretty I am at work and it feels good to hear it. It even feels good to turn a few heads now and again, as cocky as that sounds. My mom was delighted when she said "Oh my god you have a hour glass figure." I feel good, just want to have an actual number goal left. XOXO
