Question everyone… How often do you weigh yourself and why I hear people telling me that every day is just frustrating because your weight fluctuates up and down. I hear people say oh don’t weigh more than once a week but I feel like I can get way out of control over seven days. So what’s your best practice?

I weigh myself daily just out of mere habit to be honest. But if the scale weight will discourage you, weigh weekly. Because yes, it will fluctuate daily. Focus on fat loss and not weight loss.

Weighing daily is so evil for me. I've been known to weigh myself after going to the bathroom, to see if I lost any...lol.
