Honestly, the time has come. I HAVE to get fit and healthy! I have a baby girl now. Want to play with her and teach her good nutritional values. Don't want her growing up with weight issues like I did ;-(

And the best way for me going forward: clean eating. Cut the sugar. Difficult. I have a serious sugar addiction. BAD. I drink Red Bull like its water 😭😭😭
Up my protein.
Getting enough sleep.
Drinking my multivitamins.
Start jogging.

First goal: get out of club 100 by 24 November.

Can I do that?

I am gonna try!

I find that once you get out of the sugar cycle its really easy to say no. Just hang on for those first few days! You can do it! :D

When I read your comment, you were living my life. I also have a sugar addiction which I know is delaying my weight loss. I drink a red bull every morning, but I drink the sugar free one. I think I am going to join you on this challenge. Eat more Veggies, stop potatoes, get enough sleep so i can wake up in time for gym. Let us see what we achieve by 18 November (going on holiday from 18th November its my anniversary). Thanks for the encouragement. We can do this!

Lienaa, it is not going to be easy. The battle is won in the mind. Go "cold turkey" on sugar and cut it out completely from your life. Pursue a lifestyle that makes you feel happy and contented. Those around you will admire you for your discipline and determination. For what it's worth... I was in a similar boat than you and therefore relate to you 100%. I decided to embark on a "couch potato to marathon" programme and did it. That was three years ago and today, 5 marathons later, I am much more happy, content with the way I look and able to exercise discipline when I eat. I haven't hit my goal weight (some way to go) but grateful that I was able to turn the tables. I wish you well!
