Today.... is Firday and I am not very happy... again yes...
I feel weird, sad, I am cold, they haven't fixed the a/c at work, it's been on for 3 days, it's a freaking freezer in here, I am currently wearing 2 sweathers and am still cold!
Yesterday all was getting to some good point, we talked, had a coffee and then a fight again :((( why??? I hate the fights, it makes me wanna puke... not do anything and stay sad and grumpy... so that's how I feel... like crap.

I need to work on myself, I yell for nothing and I guess it's my fault because the fight started... tonight I will do better... :(

sweetie I'm sad to read you fought again... the weekend is coming and you'll have time to "repair" hopefully. I so understand you, arguing makes me sick too. it hurts my stomach and my heart. try to change your mood though. try to put a smile on your face and in your mind. when you come back home tonight, be happy. happy to see him, and ready to spend some time with him. of course if it's what you want...to answer your question, the 2 lbs I lost were really unexpected, and because I only weigh once a week, I don't know if I wil stay at this weight. I'm somehow happy, but somehow worry too, I don't want to lose more weight! I sent you a invitation for a challenge, are you in? it gives us time to make a plan and get motivated. and going back to exercise will help with bad mood...have a nice day!

I didn't get your invitation yet... hmmm I will do my best to fix the fights we have had, we need to fight because it helps us become stronger, but it's really small silly things that become so big and so bad... I hate it yes! I am happy that you're not here to lose weight, it would be scary, I mean you know that you're thin enough, now working out and building muscles is totally different and understandable. :) Keep it up, I will be better... soon. :)

I am so sorry you are having troubles. Jessy is right. Take her advice and try to have a nice weekend. Join the challenge. We will have fun!
