After not sleeping for the last three nights because of the pain in my throat I finally got to see someone about it and I've been prescribed numbing spray rather than antibiotics (apparently there's a list of symptoms that mean it's a bacterial infection and I only have one of them so antibiotics won't do anything) Fingers crossed it's going to start getting better in the next few days and the spray, along with tumeric milk, will get me through them. No idea what my weight will be doing, I'm literally eating whatever I think I can force myself to swallow
