You did great already loosing such a weight since summer only! :) the best is an enemy of good. Add 1 hour a day of any activity you enjoy - results will be visible faster than you expect, promise .🙂

Hi Becyjs, firstly, I am Merry Mel pleased to meet you. Darling do you know the story of the tortoise and the hare. Who won the tortoise because slow but steady always wins the race. It's a known fact that the slower the weight comes off the slower it comes back. Here are a few things that might help. Always weigh your food try not to eat in-between meals, shop on a full stomach as you won't be tempted to buy more. Drink loads of water.
