Second day of my many second days of diet, but some how I feel so motivated now and I am sure that this will last forever! I am learning that I do not keep a diet, but a healthy life style! My main problem is not the food, but the pepsi cola and the sun flower seeds... but enough is enough!

just go for diet drinks. ive lost 11kg and have diet drinks every day. i know its not especially healthy but at least it will keep you sane until you reach your goal weight

Lavender211: Yeah it is and sparkling water with lemon sounds great :D Jiankov: I know what are you talking about, I used to drink diet cola zero, cause pepsi I do not like the diet one... indeed they are not good with a lot of chemicals, but will do some when I really crave for one :)))) (hope I spell that right, sorry for mistakes, English is not my native language)
