Went for a late lunch/early dinner at my local pub. It is the best eatery in town. I had a gammon steak with chips and an egg, then a desert. Add to that two pints of Best and the nearest I can work it out, I am at 110% of RDI for today. Luckily we had an hour dance lesson this afternoon, so that is a hard shift by anyone's reckoning.
