Sadly, I am recognized that I need to cut more calories. I'd love to have some significant weight loss by Thanksgiving but I'd like to have most of it off by Christmas. According to about.com to do that I need to consume 1,200 calories a day. To have it off by the end of december, I can consume 1,500 a day. I'm thinking happy medium plus exercise so my goal consumption for the day is 1300-1400. This is still going to be pretty difficult for me as I tend to consume 1700-1800 a day and have a deficit of about 250. I need to cut an additional 500 calories and/or burn off the same amount. FML. So I'm thinking less baked goods more sushi. Which is sad, I love baked goods. I need to find a way to kill my sweet tooth. Any suggestions?
