okay so im messing up on this challenge. working out has fallen last on the priority list due to school projects being due. and now im gaining it back from just not doin anything for the last four days. unfortunately it seems that since i dont work out im less reluctant to eat carefully. im getting back on track tomorrow..starting with the zumba class and loggin in to enter my foods after every mean instead of just keep a running track throughout the day and entering it in the end of the day. somehow im not as aware of the calories unless i see it on the computer screen. keeping the totals in my head makes it easier not to be so strict. i weighted myself jus now after eating junk and over my calorie intake and it said 129!!! ahhh i was jus 126 four days ago...its crazy..ima weight myself early in the morning so that i can gauge the real damage ive done in these 4 days.

I'm like you, if I don't see the calories on here for some reason it doesn't compute in my mind. I really wish my BB would support the app this site has. It would make it easier. Good luck with everything, I'm sure you'll be fine once you get back on track.
