Staying on track today. Ate healthy and felt good that I did so I can reach my goal of losing 43 pounds. I just have to be aware of my stress eating problem. Good luck to all on this journey to change our eating habits. I love this site and know I will reach my goal.

Hi Hathor43. I am new here. I am looking forward to losing weight and have a lot of stress going on. Today I ate a lot more than usual and feel sad over it. Tomorrow I will have only 500 calories and go for a swim at the gym.

Hathor43 Today has been extra stressful for me. The first thing I usually do is reach for food but I can honestly say... Thank GOD I never even thought of it. I have noticed that since I been F.S. (and that has not been very long) Food never entered my mind.You to will find out,it does get EASIER.... HANG IN THERE !! Now you know what triggers you to turn to food .....Lesson learned. Keep up the good work.

Hello Hathor43 Thank you. I just got home from helping my husband. Today he had a procedure at the hospital. I ate plain salad for lunch and then had coffee. I am hanging in there today. I decided to get in my car tonight and go to the gym for half an hour. I will probably stay up longer tonight but I think it will be worth it. Have a good night

During dinner I had bratwurst, mashed potatoes, and a cup of sauerkraut. I enjoyed it but I hope I don't pay a price on the scale.
